What Should I Bring on a Helicopter Tour?

You are going on a helicopter tour with GoHelico and surely you are very excited! But before getting on board, make sure to bring some recommended items to ensure that your helicopter tour experience will be perfect!

First, bring your camera! You will probably take hundreds of pictures, so make sure to have extra batteries, as well as plenty of room on your memory card! GoHelico will also take a group picture in front of the helicopter in order to immortalize your experience! If you like to take “selfie” style photos, you are strongly encouraged to do so within the Complexe and on board of one of our helicopters. However don’t forget to share them with us on Facebook!

We also recommend that you bring sunglasses.

Check the weather forecast prior to departure to adapt your clothes and make sure to bring enough water for the trip. If you think you might be too hot or too cold, we suggest wearing several layers of clothing, for example putting a jacket over a sweatshirt, or over a t-shirt. That way, you can take one layer off if it gets warmer!

IMPORTANT!

  • Do not smoke near the aircraft or in the aircraft
  • Near the aircraft, as well as during your flight, put your cellphone on “Airplane” mode

PROHIBITED in the helicopter:

  • Lighter or other flammable objects
  • Pressurized container
  • Weapons
  • Explosives

If you plan to do the Complexe Capitale Hélicoptère guided tour, comfortable shoes are also recommended.

Happy Flying!
